A ski resort's overall star rating displayed here is not calculated based on a simple average but takes several factors, including the age of a review, into account.
I love Courchevel for its stunning scenery, with its diverse villages at different altitudes and with varying styles. The setting is magnificent, and the snow is excellent thanks to its favorable exposure. I love the panoramic views from the top of La Saulire, but also the forest at La Tania, and Courchevel 1850. The ski lifts run very smoothly. There are numerous activities besides skiing, and the weather station emphasizes this diversity. For me, it's the best resort in the 3 Valleys.

An ideal station for everyone, from experts to beginners.

Having skied in all the French ski resorts, Courchevel remains my favorite for the diversity of its slopes, its excellent exposure, and the wide choice of runs, restaurants, and accommodations. It's still a fairly chic resort without a cross-country ski area, but if you prioritize downhill skiing, it's paradise, especially with the 3 Valleys easily accessible.

Courchevel, and the 3 Valleys, have a worldwide reputation that is anything but undeserved.
Aurelien MAURICE
A good compromise between skiing and après-ski
Lionel CENERELLI
Unparalleled level of service, the best ski area in the world, quality restaurants,
Sacha
A very good resort, apart from the price of the lift pass.

The variety and the size of the terrain was more than we could explore over the course of 6 days . Apres ski scene was surpassing anything we have experienced in North America.
Maxime DAUREL
Courchevel is a resort in the 3 Valleys that's well worth a visit, both for its ski area and for the hordes of nouveau riche who flock there from Eastern Europe and the United Arab Emirates. Aside from the circus-like atmosphere in the resort itself, the ski area is truly extraordinary.
