Had a lovely time, but ended up doing the same runs over again. Some were shut due to poor snow. Good range of restaurants and supermarkets. Lots of blue and red runs, but not sure they’d be the best for super new (especially younger) skiers.

Very good for school group accepting that the runs to resort are very difficult. Lots of traversing to get to top. Good all round resort without being great.

ridiculous lifts from the resort to the slopes will take you nearly 1 hour 45 just to get up to the top. only 2 main lifts really!!!!! with so many people trying to get up from the resort would never go there again
It was the first time i had ever been skiing, but it was really good.
there are some really good red/black runs and if you get a couple of ski lifts to the top you can ski all the way down back to the town.
near the top the views were great and the snow was fantastic, however im not sure if its because of the time of year i visited (february) but as you get nearer the town there were huge patches of mud on the run. even when there was snow it was poor and slushy.
it was my first time skiing but i managed to ski the black run after a week so i would rate it a serious beginner resort.
apart from a couple of pubs and resteraunts, not much to do in the evening.
