The best value for money in the Alps for skiing. Reasonable lift pass prices, top-quality ski area. Around fifteen black runs, including the famous Vallon du Pra, with a 1000m vertical drop, absolutely stunning. Plenty of off-piste opportunities everywhere. High-capacity lifts, short wait times (except at the Prapoutel departure point, which is better for the Pipay departure point!). Skiing in the morning on Pleynet, in the sunshine. Snow park, mogul fields for younger skiers. The downsides: Lack of altitude, the highest point of the slopes is 2400m. Size: For a good skier, it gets a bit boring after about 4 days. Entertainment: Limited, not a place to party. In short, it's not Val d'Isère, Val Thorens, or Tignes, but in terms of skiing quality, it's not far behind. Once again, the best value for money in the Alps. The people of Lyon and Grenoble are not mistaken, as they make up the core of the attendance.
Around fifteen black runs, and a huge number of off-piste opportunities.
Not very tall, a good skier can practically ski all the slopes in a day

A great family resort, perfect for a weekend with family or friends. There's something for everyone (except perhaps experts who might not find it challenging enough), and the prices are very reasonable. The rescue team is very helpful and friendly, and the Prapoutel resort has an efficient medical center with an X-ray unit and a pharmacy nearby in case of a fall.
Large ski area where people spread out well even when it's crowded. Lots of chairlifts, not many drag lifts
Not enough clues for the very best. Be careful not to get lost between the 3 sites…

Resort 30 minutes from Grenoble Pleasant ski area with fresh snow thanks to its sunny aspect and minimal snowmaking Small black run, comfortable for a few days but very repetitive for a week All 3 resorts are easily accessible from the parking areas Beautiful views of the Grésivaudan valley and the Chartreuse mountains
Affordable package
The estate is a bit small

A very nice resort with reasonable prices and a variety of packages to suit all needs.
A very diverse ski area near Grenoble. The three slopes offer year-round sunshine on runs suitable for all levels. The pistes are very well groomed, and the off-piste options are excellent and well-secured.
Very busy resort on weekends

A pleasant, unpretentious resort with friendly staff. From beginners to experts, everyone will have a great time!

A few more shops, like a bakery, would be a real plus.

The resort is accessible for all levels and has the advantage of having several slopes, which means there is still good snow in the afternoon in spring.
Accessibility for all
The lack of animation

A lovely family resort not far from Grenoble. Well-maintained slopes and magnificent views. The Vallons du Pra black run is superb. It's best to start from Pipay or Pléney to avoid the crowds at Prapoutel.
Family resort, beautiful black runs, exceptional panoramic views of the Belledonne mountain range
A fair number of people due to the proximity to Grenoble.

Plenty to enjoy throughout the day. The view of the Chartreuse mountains is incredible and the ski area is accessible to everyone.
The price, the view, the quality snow, the maintenance and the variety of the slopes
It's easy to find yourself cramped on some of the tracks.
