Reviews

Karine

On December 22, 2025, I purchased three ski passes at the Superdévoluy resort ticket machine for €95.40, hoping to enjoy a day of skiing with my two teenagers. Unfortunately, barely fifteen minutes after the purchase, the entire ski area closed, except for a single beginner slope at the base of the slopes, even though we are experienced skiers. After several unsuccessful attempts to contact the resort, which failed to provide a satisfactory solution, I was offered a voucher worth only €6.90, which is utterly paltry considering the amount paid and the inconvenience caused. This is a blatant lack of consideration for the customer, especially given the high cost of a day's skiing. I strongly advise against this resort. There are many other resorts where the quality of service and customer satisfaction are far better addressed.
