- Poorly groomed slopes
- insufficient snowmaking even at sub-zero temperatures - it's mid-January and there's only 1 slope open, Jezerní (which is for complete beginners)
- evening skiing on Jezerní (can't even be considered a slope...a meadow)
- suitable for real beginners and school courses - there are clouds there
- they've been asleep for several years in a row again - few open slopes
- 2 open slopes are not even groomed; at 10am in the morning they look like they do in March at 2pm
- BIG DISAPPOINTMENT for the second year in a row

This resort is definitely not for advanced skiers.

Overall, this year has been a disappointment so far - few open tracks -3 but the prices are top of the season.
Free parking
Small capacity of the track, despite good conditions, no snow is made. Only 3 slopes are open. Tracks except Jezerní are not prepared

Vlekař nejsou schopni při dešti sklopit sedačku. Jen sedí a koukají.

Mooi skigebied. Aan te raden voor beginners en families met kinderen.
Leuk skigebied. Veel Nederlandse mensen. Gezellig. Goed voor beginners en kleine kinderen.
Medewerkers van bepaalde winkels en ski apparels kunnen vaak geen Engels. Wat vaak vervelend is.

Vzhledem k tomu že sjezdovky na Lipnu jsou pro začátečníky nechápu vysoké ceny. Na Hochfichtu kousek od Lipna jsou ceny nižší i pro dospělé o dětech ani nemluvě. Ochota personálu je také o dost horší. Lyžování na Hochfichtu je už na úrovni pro pokročilé, ale i začátečníci si tam užijí lépe.

Vysoké ceny, sjezdovky pouze pro začátečníky, neochotný personál u lanovek i v restauracích

Z důvodu nedostatečné kapacity parkoviště Ski Arealu Lipno byla pro tento účel vyčleněna přináležející louka, kde byla bez další úpravy skryta svrchní vrstva zeminy, čímž v případě nepříznivých klimatických podmínek vznikne bahniště.
Při využití tohoto parkování chtě nechtě dojde ke značnému zašpinění vlastní obuvi, od které dojde k zašpinění interiéru vozidla, tak i lyžáků i lyží, a případně i oděvu.
Tato skutečnost hodně deklasovala vlastní zážitek z využití areálu.

Lipno se v posledních letech hodně zlepšuje! Pro caparty doslova ráj na zemi. A my dospělí si to taky čím dál víc užíváme.
