- Poorly groomed slopes
- insufficient snowmaking even at sub-zero temperatures - it's mid-January and there's only 1 slope open, Jezerní (which is for complete beginners)
- evening skiing on Jezerní (can't even be considered a slope...a meadow)
- suitable for real beginners and school courses - there are clouds there
- they've been asleep for several years in a row again - few open slopes
- 2 open slopes are not even groomed; at 10am in the morning they look like they do in March at 2pm
- BIG DISAPPOINTMENT for the second year in a row

Vzhledem k tomu že sjezdovky na Lipnu jsou pro začátečníky nechápu vysoké ceny. Na Hochfichtu kousek od Lipna jsou ceny nižší i pro dospělé o dětech ani nemluvě. Ochota personálu je také o dost horší. Lyžování na Hochfichtu je už na úrovni pro pokročilé, ale i začátečníci si tam užijí lépe.

Z důvodu nedostatečné kapacity parkoviště Ski Arealu Lipno byla pro tento účel vyčleněna přináležející louka, kde byla bez další úpravy skryta svrchní vrstva zeminy, čímž v případě nepříznivých klimatických podmínek vznikne bahniště.
Při využití tohoto parkování chtě nechtě dojde ke značnému zašpinění vlastní obuvi, od které dojde k zašpinění interiéru vozidla, tak i lyžáků i lyží, a případně i oděvu.
Tato skutečnost hodně deklasovala vlastní zážitek z využití areálu.

Lipno se v posledních letech hodně zlepšuje! Pro caparty doslova ráj na zemi. A my dospělí si to taky čím dál víc užíváme.
