Železná Ruda - Nad nádražím - Belveder Overview

Železná Ruda is a town located 40 km south of Klatov, near the border with Germany. It is the largest recreation center of west Šumava. The town of Železná Ruda is the starting point for touristic and running trails. Železná Ruda is in the neighborhood with resorts Špičák and Arber (Germany). In the ski resort Belvedere, Železná Ruda skiing is possible on slopes of Belvedere, Samota and Nad Nádražím. There is also a snowpark. The slopes daily prepared. Other services: ski rental, ski service, free parking, and cafeteria. For those, who are fed up with skiing, snow tubing is available.
