Today, Sunday, January 11, 2025, morning: How is it that they are still selling lift passes when there's a wait of several tens of minutes? There's only one chairlift operating in the entire resort, and the queue is straight out of the Soviet era! It would be advisable to reorganize the arrival of skiers on the Grouse and Fox runs. We witnessed verbal and other forms of aggression stemming from frustration over the wait, and some skiers cutting in to get there faster. Like many others, we stopped skiing at 10:45 a.m. It was no longer possible. Why wasn't the inside of the resort open, especially since it's a Sunday at the beginning of January, with heavy snowfall the day before and a predictable crowd? We feel like we're being taken for a ride because the resort is trying to sell as many lift passes as possible, knowing full well they can't deliver. There's so much that could be done, and the image they're projecting is disastrous. This resort is going to be deserted. It's a shame.

I love this station

• Superb place for skiing and of course sledding.

I've been to this resort three times and it's always a pleasure. The ESF (French Ski School) is very active and welcomes children and adults alike with a smile. The ski area is suitable for skiers of all levels. Even if the most experienced skiers might find there aren't enough runs, the resort offers an excellent combination of walking, skiing, and family relaxation.

• A preserved area where family and the beauty of the landscape take precedence over the number of slopes and ski lifts. It boasts a very lively town center, and on snowy and sunny days it's a fabulous place. The people are friendly, from skiers to...
• Often lacking snow, the resort is unfortunately not always at its best, which can disappoint some skiers who come to ski long distances.

Gérardmer is a great family resort. There are slopes suitable for everyone, in a beautiful setting. It's a shame the snow cover is becoming increasingly unpredictable. But there are more and more activities available besides skiing.

Excellent station "multi -niveau" aux pistes très intéressantes et bien entretenues.

• Beau domaine très acilement accessible. EXCELLENT ENTRETIEN DES PISTES ET TOUT A FAIT REMARQUABLE EN NEIGE ARTIFICIELLE.
• En enneigement artificiel, prévoir un tire-fesse qui permette de rejoindre le haut du Tétras et de continuer à skier sur la Chaume Francis depuis le Haut. et à profiter du self si sympa et de son cadre magnifique.

Nos premières vacances au ski en famille, nos enfants ont chaussé leurs skis pour la première fois cette semaine, et nous ne regrettons pas notre choix de station. petite station modeste, avec peu de pistes ouvertes en raison du faible enneigement, nous avons quand même pu pratiquer et les enfants ont adoré. les moniteurs ESF sont sympas, le personnel globalement très gentil, et la corde gratuite très pratique pour rassurer les enfants les deux premiers jours et leur donner confiance ! le self est pas mauvais. bref, une petite station bien sympathique qui mériterait quand même quelques investissements pour mieux gérer l'afflux de monde pendant les vacances...

NE JAMAIS Y ALLER JE LE DÉCONSEILLE Arriver à 2h30 à la remontée j'ai pu monté à 17h comment fait quand les enfants commence les cours efs à 15h30 et finit à 17h ( heureusement ma femme etait la )j 'ai demandé à me faire rembourser de mes forfaits on m'a dit que c'était à moi de me renseigner avant de prendre mes forfaits et on ose me dire que je suis en vacances et que j'ai le temps à la fin on me propose un avoir valable 1 an je suis la pour les vacances et je pense bien ne jamais revenir vue les réfections qu'on me fait .
