Western Slovakia Ski Resorts

West Slovakia consists of four regions: Bratislavský, Trnavský, Trenčiansky and Nitriansky. On the territory of western Slovakia can be found several mountain units such as White Carpathians, Strážovské mountains, Považský Inovec or Myjavské Hills. Currently they provide good conditions for skiing and winter sports. Popular ski resort is Pezinská Baba, but also Ski Center Stará Myjava or Valašská Belá / Homôlka. Western Slovakia is rich in natural and also in cultural heritage. Be sure to visit Trnava, Nitra, Bratislava or Trenčín, Driny cave, Smolenice castle or castle Červený Kameň. After skiing you can relax in spa Piešťany, Smrdáky or Turčianske Teplice.
