Comparing the price of €65.80 to a significantly larger ski resort, you're definitely being ripped off here. The lift infrastructure can barely cope with the number of visitors, especially in good weather. Some of the slopes are also extremely narrow.

Bumpy, banked slopes. Narrow and with many flat sections.
The slopes are in poor condition from midday onwards and no longer suitable for beginners.

Overall, a beautiful ski area. We usually start in Fastenoy at the Fellhorn cable car, a modern 8-person gondola. The valley run from there is very nice and usually well-groomed. We access the so-called back ski area (Möserbahn, Bierenwangbahn, and ski connection to the Kanzelwand) via the Scheidtobelbahn. Unfortunately, this is a 2-person chairlift and by far the oldest lift in the area; a nature reserve prevents its construction. Very long queues can quickly form there. My tip: Take the summit lift instead. The panoramic views are absolutely fantastic, and thanks to the valley's location, you don't even notice when there's no snow in Oberstdorf.

wir waren am 28.12.19 nach 3 jahren wieder mal am fellhorn kanzelwand, das skigiebt war im allgäu wohl das beste, nur war!
neu ist jetzt, überall schneekanonen, der schnee dadurch katastrophal, obwohl viel schnee vorhanden war, laufen die schneekanonen den ganzen tag und machen schnee der richtig
schlecht ist, die abfahrt kanzelwand war den ganzen tag gesperrt wegen schneekanonen aber den vollen preis mußte jeder
bezahlen,eine frechheit, schön fahren mit gutem griffigen schnee war einmal, das schönste war nur die tolle aussicht, die abfahrt ins tal zur fellhornstation wieder ein frechheit,nur schneekanonen und schlechte pisten, eis ohne ende
