A ski resort's overall star rating displayed here is not calculated based on a simple average but takes several factors, including the age of a review, into account.
The resort is definitely for very advanced skiers. The really easy blue runs, excluding those for children's practice, are two, each about 600 meters long, and it's good that they're adjacent. The rest of the trails are so steep that skiing is a fight for survival. The only difference between the black and red trails is that the black is less traveled. 100 km of trails is a gross exaggeration; in my opinion, the real number is 40-50 km. The entire resort was covered in three days. I should add that I've been skiing once a year for a week for about 10 years.

Superb carving slopes, top quality of the pistes. The ski area is very extensive and the view of the Nockberge mountains is fantastic.

We had a fantastic holiday. St. Oswald is a beautiful ski resort! Excellent slopes in a stunning landscape. The connecting lift between BKK and St. Oswald could be more modern (apparently it will be replaced by a new gondola in 2027).
The ski area has a great atmosphere.
We'll definitely be back.

A sprawling ski area in a stunning mountain setting. The slopes are perfectly groomed! Excellent cuisine and charming mountain huts.

Bad Kleinkirchheim is a ski resort that, while it may not have the most modern lifts, offers absolutely no waiting times.
Furthermore, the operator excels at grooming the slopes.
For those seeking a more tranquil experience, the area is ideal. It's not a bustling après-ski hotspot, but it does boast two thermal baths for relaxation.

A medium-sized, uncrowded ski area with a variety of slopes. Suitable for all skiers, especially intermediate skiers. The view, the village, the low traffic in the valley, and the large spas open to the public convey a pleasant sense of relaxation, making Bad an ideal place to spend a weekend or more. Rating: 4/5

The ski resort hasn't changed in the last 25 years. The thermal baths are in need of renovation, as are the ski lifts. Not worth the high price. The ski schools are very well organized. The ski resort can't be compared to Tyrol or the Dolomites. Suitable for couples or families, not for young groups. The food is excellent!

Good prices, nice slopes, but probably not for beginners – not many blue ones. Black slope no. 8 – elegant but demanding. Six full days in the sun, and despite the small amount of natural snow, the slopes were well-prepared. Only one day was icy, but the Austrians took care of it the next. No queues. A plus for the resort.

I really like this resort and have been here several times. It has a wide variety of slopes, and there are almost no lines for the lifts (except for the old gondola and the two-seater transfer chairlift). The slopes are very well-maintained, with a large selection of bars and restaurants, and prices are slightly lower than in Tyrol. The ski pass allows you to use the thermal spas, ski or spa. There's a great promotion for families with small children; a child's pass is included in a weekly adult pass for 1 euro. The biggest drawback is the climate change and the fact that snow shortages can occur from late February to early March, and the slopes can be closed. The lower sections quickly become unpleasant in above-freezing temperatures due to the formation of moguls. I've read reviews that the resort is considered difficult, which I don't entirely agree with, as it's comparable to other resorts. The Alps are simply higher and steeper, so they are naturally more demanding. A beginner skier will definitely have to try harder. An additional advantage is that it's relatively close to southern Poland (less than 800 km from Wrocław). I personally recommend it.
