One of my favorite areas although I have been there only once. The village is very nice it is situated near the highest mountain of Austria called the Großglockner and there is also a national park therefore you see that the nature is really special there.
The skiing area offers everything what a skier needs. The slopes are very long and you will find them in every difficulty. However what really impressed me were those long, bride and very steep ski routes and the huge freeride possibility.
Also for the kids there are some nice slopes and good lifts for their beginning. Additionally there are many huts all over the area where you can have dinner or just a drink in the sun. There are two areas which are connected through a really funny cable car. I would recommend this area to everyone because it offers something for everyone.
