I was at the Colere Ski Area yesterday and the experience was frankly unacceptable. With only one slope open, the resort still decided to charge the full daily price, identical to the high season price. This decision I find profoundly unfair to customers: paying as if the entire resort were open, when in reality only the bare minimum is available, is simply unjustifiable. To make matters worse, there is no limit on entry: everyone is crowded onto the same slope, resulting in chaotic, unpleasant, and, at times, dangerous conditions. Such sloppy crowd management is truly disappointing. I hope the resort seriously reconsiders its pricing policy and access management, because as it stands, the experience does not even begin to meet expectations or the value of the fee.

Plans for 50 km of trails
Undiscovered and fast expanding. Connecting plans with neigbouring ski resorts

Excellent ski resort with nice, wide and fairly long runs. More for intermediate and expert skiers, but highly recommended, especially during the week.
Excellent ski resort

I confirm that the training at the ticket office isn't exactly the best. They lack a manager who knows how to properly manage the opening hours. I'd say the parking lot is expensive, as it's not paved and has no safety features on the right side going up. The daily holiday pass is expensive. It's true that life expectancy has increased, but extending the senior discount to 80 years old now seems excessive to me, when at the Stelvio Pass the discounts are available to those born before 1961.
excellent trails when beaten
The location needs to grow in terms of hospitality, with a single bar opening at 6:30.

I've been coming to Colere for many years. We went on Friday, February 16th, 2024. The ski resort-price ratio was a steal. A mandatory, non-refundable €5 ski pass. Mandatory €5 parking in the middle of the mud! Snowboarding race at the top (they completely ruined the intermediate slope for the logical ups and downs to the lifts). Let's add the cost of the Carnival week ski pass: €118 for two! Even the parking attendants agreed with us that it was shameful to ask for money for a car in the middle of puddles and mud.!!!!! You're done with us! I know you don't care, but at least those reading this will be able to take matters into their own hands.

With its new facilities, it's the best resort in the Bergamo area for midweek skiing. This year, too, there's little snow, and the slopes are top-notch. The refuges are old and expensive, but there's a poster with renderings to redo them next season.
excellent slopes, modern facilities, super landscape
old shelters, rude Bigkiwtteria staff

The landscape is stunning, the slopes are ok, the refuges are excellent, even with a self-service one, but the parking could be improved.
Fast and modern systems
Using the Up for the day pass was a disaster, the turnstile never opened, or rather once, and having to ask the staff to open it for you every time is annoying.

Bad day due to the app not allowing the turnstiles to open. We couldn't ski. The assistance at the ticket office regarding this issue was inconsistent and arrogant. The problem remained unresolved. The service at the restaurant/bar was sketchy, poor, and unorganized. We felt the lack of coverage on the 6-seater chairlift, but we appreciate the chairlift itself and the gondola lift.
panorama, snowy area
App that doesn't work, unspeakable female customer service, approximate restaurant and bar services.

Potenziale da sfruttare direi ancora moltissimo. Spreriamo nei orossimi lavori di ammodernamento.
Buona stazione sciistica, panorami mozzafiato

Belle piste medie
Impianti vecchissimi
