Tucked high in the Italian Alps near the Swiss border, Livigno (Lombardia, Italy) is a lively ski resort with a reputation for reliable snowfall and a long winter season. Sitting at 1,816 metres above sea level and climbing to 2,900 metres at the summit, Livigno offers excellent snow conditions from late November through to early May. With a skiable area covering 47 hectares, the resort has 78 runs serviced by 33 lifts, creating plenty of options for skiers of all abilities.
