A ski resort's overall star rating displayed here is not calculated based on a simple average but takes several factors, including the age of a review, into account.
The Crêt ski lift was dismantled on September 21, 2021, as it hadn't been used since 2017 due to lack of snow.
The magic carpet lift remained in operation until 2023.
It was great for learning to ski, and it's actually where I learned at the age of 4.
And the lift passes weren't expensive.
There's no more downhill skiing in Saint Jean de Sixt.
Climate change will continue to take its toll...
