If you come to Upper Bavaria to go skiing you can choose between several different ski areas. The pistes in the South Bavarian region are diverse and are considered to be very snow reliable. The Zugspitzplatt, the Sudelfeld, the Obersalzberg and the, especially with snowboarders’ popular region, the Dammkar – Karwendel are only some of the well-known ski areas located in Upper Bavaria.
