Great resort! Lots of activities on offer. The shopkeepers and resort staff are very welcoming and friendly.

Not much effort is being made to improve service quality, such as ski lifts that open late in the morning or not at all without any price reductions. The Galinat lift operator is very unpleasant and insults customers.

The resort website showed 80 cm of snow at the base of the slopes and 100 cm at the top. In reality, the slopes were completely icy and only superficially covered with snow from snow cannons. It was like concrete and ice!

It's a shame there was so little snow this season, but despite that there were a few very pleasant days in this family resort!
