A ski resort well-suited for families and beginners. We experienced the area with many ski schools and novice skiers.
The slope conditions were mostly rather poor, meaning the slopes were poorly groomed or not groomed at all, and there was no fresh snowmaking, even though dirt was already showing through. It seemed they were trying to cut costs. The cost per ski day is still very high at €59. You hardly save anything by buying a multi-day pass.
The food in the slopeside restaurants was good, but not excellent. The staff were very friendly. The prices ranged from average to high.

Wir sind im Skigebiet Almenwelt Lofer zuletzt die Talabfahrt komplett gefahren. Das war super. Ansonsten auch immer gerne in den Funpark.
Choć byłem już w kilkunastu ośrodkach w Austrii, Włoszech i Francji, to z czystym sumieniem mogę go polecić każdemu. Doskonały ośrodek dla ludzi chcących pojeździć rekreacyjnie oraz dla rodzin z dziećmi. Nie ma też dużego tłoku jak w kurortach narciarskich. Przystępne ceny i pakiety noclegi z karnetem. Byłem tam po raz pierwszy w 1996r, potem 2005 r. oraz w 2017. Od mojego pierwszego pobytu w 1996 r bardzo dużo się zmieniło. rozbudowano system naśnieżania (90% pokrycia tras), wybudowano nową dolną stację, nowe i nowoczesne wyciągi o dużej przepustowości, nowe trasy. Nie czeka się w kolejkach. Doskonała gastronomia, piękne widoki! Ośrodek choć o nie najwyższych górach, trasy od 650m (dolna stacja) do głównej hali 1400-1600 m i najwyżej położonej trasy na wysokości lekko ponad 1700 m. Trasy zawsze doskonale przygotowane i co najważniejsze zawsze jest tam śnieg (raz byłem w grudniu, a dwa razy w II połowie marca) i zawsze, zwłaszcza w marcu było 160-220 cm śniegu. W marcu zawsze dużo słońca. Rewelacyjnie długi zjazd do stacji dolnej i parkingu o długości ponad 7 km!!! Polecam, naprawdę fajny ośrodek i każdy znajdzie dla siebie odpowiednie trasy.
