Very nice ski area with many lovely mountain huts. Great view of the Steinernes Meer, especially towards evening.

A €68.50 discounted lift ticket for lush green slopes is outrageous, never again!

Great ski resort and very large

Simply an interesting ski resort

• Good connections between the individual villages. Access to the Königstour (King's Tour) is possible from anywhere. Many rustic and modern mountain huts. Good restaurants.
• Wenig Après Ski

Fahre seit Jahren hier hin, sehr gute Pisten und abwechslungsreiche, urige Hütten

• Trotz mittlerer Höhe sehr abwechslungsreiche Pisten, selten überlaufen
• Wer auf Party steht ist hier fehl am Platz

Sehr schönes Skigebiet. Die Königstour ist ein absolutes Highlight.

Stare wyciągi . Nie ma alternatywnych zjazdów o rożnej trudności. Najgorszy zjazd od strony huntertal w kierunku Dienten. Południowy stok same muldy od rana i prawie przepaścią zjazd do kolejki . Lekki wiaterek a już zamykają wszystkie wyciągi . Tragedia

I have skied much of Europe and can tell you that the Hochkonig and Maria Alm truely are on of the best kept secrets, Affordable skiing, with heart and a genuinely traditional feel. The ski region has seen huge investment and promises something for everyone from beginners to Freeride experts. I now visit every year, I would recommend Skifix.co.uk to help with accommodation they are extremely helpful and knowledgeable making a super holiday.
