Pelvoux-Vallouise is a charming ski resort where you can spend a great holiday in the mountains with the whole family! Ideally located on the border with the Écrins National Park, Pelvoux-Vallouise is a paradise for nature lovers. You can practice here many activities such as cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, paragliding, dog sledding, ice climbing, ski touring, sledding or even relax in a mobile sauna. The ski area stretches from 1250 m to 2300 m altitude and offers 25 km of alpine ski slopes, 12 hectares of trails equipped with snow cannons, 12 trails (2 black, 4 red, 4 blue and 2 green), 1 new generation 4-seater chairlift, 5 ski lifts, 1 free cable car, 1 baby ski lift, 1 trail lit for night skiing, 2 sleigh trails, 20 hectares of artificial snow, 1 snow park for beginners and 1 cross-country biathlon site. Its slopes are also accessible from the small village of Puy Aillaud, a picturesque hamlet in Vallouise, perched high on a sunny plateau overlooking the entire valley.
