Visited in 16/12/17. Access to multiple ski resorts by train/bus giving huge area to ski. Lifts very good and great snow conditions (thanks in part to lots of snow cannons). Lots of challenging reds and blacks but enough blues for beginners. Restaurants were, generally, very good and reasonably priced as was the beer.... Full Review

The super ski pass gives you free travel on the little red train taking you to many other resorts all on the same pass(Zell, kaltenbach, gerlos, etc) or free bus up to the Hintertux glacier resort. Unbeatable variety and value and almost used solely by ski/boarders so you cannot get lost just follow the crowd on disembarking. With the uk ski club we stay in Maryh’ but ski in the other resorts at no extra cost.... Full Review

Good resort, get away from the crowds and head to Eggalm some good and long slopes especially 77. Some of the lifts need upgrading to cater for the volume but plenty to do.... Full Review

Of all the Austrian resorts I have visited , Mayrhofen is one of the best snow boarding destinations I have been to. Loads of mixed terrain, plenty of trees and a glacier for the sunshine days! Great value lift pass which gives you access to smaller resorts outside Mayrhofen, which you can access via the superb train or bus system from the centre.... Full Review
