The slopes have become more icy during the last week. After a week with blue sky and sunshine, the snowdepth is quite poor.

Good piste skiing thanks to great snow making but icy patches in the afternoons. A small dump on the 2nd Jan helped but needs some storms to get off piste going properly. Cold which helps the snow.

Fresh snow/sleet all week so a new top layer which is ok up top but icing sugar lower down by 11AM. Runs getting chopped up early but snow integrity is holding into the afternoon above 2000 metres. Fresh snow overnight: avalanche canons been going all morning.
