The resort itself was nice with good snow and a selection of entertaining runs. However, we had a horrible experience with some of the staff after being overcharged on our tickets. The staff were immediately rude when I brought up the issue and there was a complete lack of any assistance in the matter. I even just asked for a contact number and the women at the front desk got up and walked away. This left a bitter feeling on the experience unfortunately. The resort was nice however I would not return due this disgusting service that occurred multiple times across the trip.

In good weather conditions, it's an excellent place for skiing with children. The slopes are very wide, with a relatively low gradient, beautiful high-altitude landscapes, and there are no queues in the middle of the season. The challenging, well-maintained black piste no. 22, and the interesting and long descent on the unprepared piste no. 14, are interesting. We drove quite a long way (Matrei am Brenner), but it's a pleasant route with no traffic jams. Schlick is a smaller resort, but still offers beautiful views, and in bad weather on the glacier, it's enough for a week of pleasant skiing.

This was my second time on Stubai, and the second time I was amazed.
The trails have been slightly modified since the first trip in 2023. They've changed the 26 black runs to red. They've added one black run at the top. There are practically no queues. I think everyone, regardless of skill level, will find something for themselves.

This was my first resort abroad. I didn't really know what to expect. I'd read a lot about weather and wind problems. Many friends warned me that February on the glacier was simply incredibly cold. We lucked out with the weather. Six days on the glacier in full sun, with temperatures around -2°C (-3°F). Zero wind. The views were breathtaking. I'm not an advanced skier, so I was a little worried about whether I'd be able to handle it at such an altitude and on a glacier. It turned out I was completely unfounded. There are plenty of easy slopes. The trails may not be very long, but the intensity of the descents is very high due to the lack of queues at the lifts. Everything is well-organized, from the parking lot to the ski buses. The slopes are well-groomed, although some of the steeper sections of the blue runs can get a bit muddy.

Byliśmy po raz 10-ty. Przez kilka lat korzystaliśmy z bezpłatnych karnetów dla dzieci co było dużą oszczędnością. Ośrodek Stubaier Gletscher się cały czas rozwija, są nowe atrakcje, przebudowa i nowa kolejka czyni ten ośrodek bardzo atrakcyjny. Począwszy od parkingów które są dobrze przygotowane, są osoby naprowadzajace na miejsca. Wjazd na górę jest praktycznie bez kolejek. Od czasu do czasu korzystamy z bezpłatnego basenu w Neustift, który jest za darmo w przypadku posiadania karty gościa. Mieszkamy zawsze w Neustift gdyż te bardzo urokliwe miasteczko nam się podoba. Mieszkańcy są uprzejmi i życzliwi. Podoba nam się różnorodność tras i ich ilość. Istnieje możliwość korzystania z szkółek narciarskich z których przez kilka lat korzystaliśmy. Instruktorzy mówią po Polsku. Dzieci uczyły się jeździć a my śmigaliśmy bez ryzyka sami. Podoba nam się nastawienie właścieli do turystów, w przypadku złych warunków jednego dnia zwrócono nam pieniądze. Jesteśmy zachwyceni i będziemy jeszcze długo tam odpoczywać bo zrobiła się z tego wypoczynku zimowego w tym ośrodku nasza rodzinna tradycja.

Wir waren im November 2022 dort. Es waren leider nur 4 Pisten von über 40 geöffnet und die eine, die für Urlauber war, wurde in der Breite auch noch halbiert, weil dort die ganze Wich Vereine trainiert haben. Im Ergebnis war dann die einzig brauchbare Piste vereist und sehr schlecht zu fahren. Und das bei dem Andrang von Urlaubern. Leider wurde nicht mal an dieser eingeschränkten Piste etwas getan. Viel Geld für eine derartige Einschränkung

Trzeba trafić z pogodą. Nawet w słoneczne dni może silnie wiać. Polecam rodzinom z dziećmi. Można znaleźć polskojęzycznych instruktorów. Fajny lodowiec do nauki jazdy jak dla dorosłych tak i dla dzieci.
