Modern ski resort with its equipments and facilities, and traditional village, Montriond takes advantage of the proximity of its big sisters to develop an independent touristic centre which led it in the 12 ski-resorts of the Portes du Soleil. With its 650 kilometers of pistes and its 212 ski-lifts, the Portes du Soleil ski area, accessible from Montriond / Les Lindarets, offers you a large range of winter sports, on 2 countries with only one ski-pass. From the easy green pistes to the formidables black pistes, like the famous "Swiss wall", everybody is satisfied.
