It was beautiful. Plenty of snow still. Some slopes are still closed due to lack of snow.

The snow is not great and the slopes are full of loose snow but for the second day of opening it's excellent

It's snowed between 10 and 25 cm in the Dolomites over the past two days, depending on the location, and it's still snowing. The conditions are great, allowing for some off-piste skiing. Some slopes are a bit crowded, but the quality of the lifts makes up for that. Great skiing ahead. And it's beaut...

Conditions were poor today. A very heavy snowfall quickly created large moguls. Strong winds caused several lifts to be closed (although there was no official announcement; only when I tried to get on did I have a problem because the chairs weren't working).
