Zermatt is a car-free ski resort at the foot of Switzerland's most famous mountain, the Matterhorn. Ski clubs introduce children and beginners to the world of skiing. Where Is Zermatt Ski Resort Located? The airports closet to the ski resort are in Geneva, Sion, Milan and Zurich. From these airports, you can rent a car and drive to Tasch, but you can also take the train to Tasch. From there, take the ski resort transfer service to the resort. There is a terrain park. Snowfall is bolstered by 1,060 snow cannons.
