Some stretches of beginner trails definitely felt intermediate. Not sure if that's on purpose but beginner trails should be doable by experienced beginners. Staff was non-existent and the instructors were clueless, rude and not interested in helping with simple questions about directions. Stay away from those ski instructors in blue and red suits. No signs are visible in whiteout conditions posing danger to cautious inexperienced or new visitors. Lift showed opened on the sign board but half way into the trail to the lift, the trail closed suddenly leaving with an undesirable option to ski down a very hard intermediate trail. Very dangerous for beginners! The information should clearly state the closing time of the lift instead of the current status. On a certain blue trail #1, the signs for blue trails disappear at a point where red starts. Forced us to go down the red because we didn't know where blue was. Later figured it was across the towbar lifeline which we had no idea if we were allowed to cross. There should be a clear blue sign across the towbar lift line to avoid confusion. Overall very misleading and confusing. I have skied at many reports in USA, Germany and Canada but I have never been this lost. Intermediates can handle it but if just starting out, expect to struggle a lot, fall at every turn or walk down on easy blue trails because they are strangely not really for beginners.

Au Kitzsteinhorn on trouve les meilleurs conditions de neige naturel de la région. Il y a quelques belles pentes à faire en freeride. Domaine très populaire, donc beaucoup d'affluence sur les pistes. Pas toujours facile de trouver sa trace. Les remontées sont modernes, mais on a l'impression que par rapport à la taille du domaine on amène trop de monde sur ce domaine.

Pierwszy raz mogłem sprawdzić jak jeździ się na lodowcu. Bardzo dobry ośrodek z bogatą infrastrukturą transportową i gastronomiczną oraz dodatkową (sklepy, serwisy itp.). Sprawnie działające i wygodne wyciągi, smaczne jedzenie oraz ciekawe zróżnicowane pod względem trudności trasy. Interesująca wystawa dotycząca historii masywu lodowca, dobre zabezpieczenie sanitarne ośrodka narciarskiego oraz przygotowane trasy (z czasem jak wszędzie na niektórych odcinkach tras powstawały muldy).

• Warunki pogodowe podczas pobytu styczeń 2023 roku, na dolnych stokach oblodzenie lub sztuczny ciężki śnieg.
